Getting Your Trial Key
- Create a free account at the OneSigner Portal.
- Open the Trial page and click Generate Trial Key.
- Paste the key in OneSigner Configuration → License tab → Save.
The License tab shows the days remaining at any time.
Trial Rules
- One trial per account.
- Fixed 30-day duration from key generation — plan your evaluation window.
- No hardware binding — you can move the trial between machines while testing.
When the Trial Ends
- The service keeps running, but signing operations are disabled and the API returns "License expired".
- Nothing is deleted — profiles, tenants, eSign documents and settings all remain.
- Enter a purchased key and everything resumes exactly where it stopped — no reinstall, no reconfiguration.
Evaluating Efficiently
- Day 1: install, activate, run a Test Sign with your real certificate.
- Week 1: wire up your actual workflow — folder watch or API — with production-shaped documents.
- Week 2: try the eSign portal with a real counterparty, and code signing from your CI if relevant.
- Questions along the way: open a ticket — trials get real support.
