Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Software Licenses

Every OneSigner perpetual license (Basic, Pro and Advance) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full license price — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@onesign.sg from the email address used at purchase, or open a ticket in the customer portal, quoting your order number.
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
• Once approved, refunds are processed immediately; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

3. What Happens After a Refund

When a license purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and the software reverts to unlicensed mode. Documents and files you signed while the license was active remain valid.

4. Try Before You Buy

OneSigner offers a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no card required — we encourage you to evaluate the product fully before purchasing.

5. Digital Certificates

• Code-signing and document-signing certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (SSL.com, GlobalSign, Sectigo) after identity validation. Once a certificate has been issued by the CA, it is non-refundable.
• If CA validation has not yet started on your order, contact us — we will cancel and refund it.
• USB hardware tokens that have already been shipped can only be refunded if returned unused, excluding shipping costs.

6. Cloud Subscriptions (Optional Service)

Optional cloud signing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Unless required by applicable law, partial-period refunds are not provided.

7. Payment Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe or by Paddle.com — our merchant of record for software licenses. For orders processed by Paddle, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method and the related tax invoice is credited automatically.
