Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the OneSigner platform, website, API, or any services provided by One Sign Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
OneSigner provides automated digital signing services including:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens, credentials, and hardware tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your license key or API credentials to any third party without our written consent.
On-premise software is licensed under a perpetual license with one year of free updates. See our Software License Agreement for full terms.
Cloud signing is an optional managed service, available on request under a separate service agreement. Where provided:

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Compliance policies. We do not access, read, or store the contents of your signed documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Sign Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination of cloud services, your data and hardware tokens will be returned within 30 days upon written request.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
