Customizing Signature Appearance

Signature Visual Settings

OneSigner lets you fully customize how the digital signature looks on the PDF.

Text Elements

• Show Signer Name: Display the certificate holder's name
• Show Subject: Display the certificate subject (CN, O, OU)
• Show Date/Time: Display signing timestamp
• Date Format: Custom format (e.g., yyyy.MM.dd HH:mm)
• Signing Reason: Optional reason (e.g., "Approved")
• Signing Location: Optional location (e.g., "Ho Chi Minh City")

Graphics Options

• Show Graphics: Display an image alongside text
• Graphics Mode:
  • Left: Image on left, text on right
  • Top / Bottom: Image above/below text
  • Background: Image behind text
  • Overlay: Image over text
• Text Area Percent: How much space text occupies (default: 55%)

Text Formatting

• Font Size: 0 = auto-fit to box size
• Text Vertical Alignment: Top, Center, or Bottom

Use the Sign Files tab to preview how the signature will look on your PDF before applying it.
